3.2 Payment

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking
  • Full payment is typically due 30 days before travel date
  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
  • All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed

3.3 Pricing

Our prices include the services specified in your booking confirmation. Additional costs such as meals, personal expenses, and optional activities are not included unless explicitly stated.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 30 days before travel: Full refund minus administrative fee
  • 15-30 days before travel: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days before travel: No refund
  • Cancellation fees may vary depending on third-party provider policies

4.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for changes or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or pandemics.

5. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities

5.1 Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all travel documents are valid and up-to-date
  • Obtaining necessary travel insurance
  • Arriving at designated meeting points on time
  • Following safety instructions and guidelines
  • Respecting local customs and regulations
  • Informing us of any medical conditions or special requirements

5.2 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, and other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for our services
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers
  • You participate in activities at your own risk

7. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries when necessary due to:
